Little Ways To Change Your Life


Hi everyone! Just a little post about how I want to improve myself as a person (lame I know but maybe I'll actually stick to it if its on the internet? Probably not but worth a try...right?)

So! I think I've mentioned this before but I leave for the UK in Just under 4 weeks and I'M SO EXCITED I COULD WEE!

I grew up in Scotland so I'm going to see my family and friends as well as seeing the country! I'm spending a month over there, mostly near my home town but I am going to the Orkney Islands (Spelling may be wrong so pls don't kill me) and London for a few days and AHHHHH I CAN'T WAIT!

But before I go I want to look and feel my best! The only thing is I am the unhealthiest person you will ever meet! So, I want to make a plan that makes me feel healthier and look healthier! Here it is! (Disclaimer: This is for me only, if you want to follow it then great! But this is just some things that I think will make me feel better, I'm not saying you need to lose weight or need to improve the way you live, I just want to! Be yourself!)

1. SKINCARE
- Don't wear make up every single day. Let your skin breath!
- Wash your face day and night - NO EXCUSES
- Eat better food!
- Take tablets!
- Pore strips once a week!

2. Internal body!
- Drink more water! (One glass in the morning, two bottles through out the day, one glass for dinner, one before bed and repeat!)
- Don't eat so much junk food! Stick to the healthy eating plan you wrote that one time Heather!
- Vitamin D (AHHH NO SUN!) I know you're scared of sun as you live in the skin cancer capital of the world but you need a little bit of it! But don't over do it- fake it don't bake it
-MORE SLEEP! Lights out and 10:30 latest! 8 hours sleep is what you need so 10pm would be ideal but lets get real here
- Work out a little bit! Don't over do it but your a dancer so work on your flexibility and strength and start improving!

3. Physical body!
- Don't let your nails get out of hand! Stop biting them and file them more often!
- Eyebrows shape your face so shape them more often
- Wear your retainer!
- Exfoliate!

4. Random things!
- LESS TIME ON THE INTERNET- READ A BOOK, GO OUTSIDE
- Drink tea! It's good for you!
- EAT BETTER 
- WRITE IN YOUR DIARY!

There will be a few more that I'll add to this but thats all for now! Please don't take this personally! You don't need to file your nails or pluck your eyebrows I just like to as they make me feel more confident, do whatever you need to or don't do anything at all- that is still cool!
